World Spa maintains a strict cancellation policy in order to provide the best possible experience to all of our guests. If you need to cancel or reschedule any spa treatment or journey, you must provide advance notice of at least 48 hours prior to the original date and time of the reserved service. To cancel or reschedule any group bookings of four or more guests, you must provide at least 7 days advance notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours (or, if applicable, within 7 days), you will be considered a No-Show and you will be charged 100% of the cost of each treatment or journey. The No-Show fee will be charged to the credit card that you used to make the reservation(s).
