- Guests purchasing access passes for Friday through Saturday, 8-9PM time slot, please be aware that the last call for all WORLD SPA experiences (saunas, pools, steam rooms) is at 10:15PM.

- A valid ID and the original payment method are required for check-in
- Access Passes can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to reservation start time by calling (718) 500-3772
- Cancellations for full refund are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the original reservation date and time and can be completed online or by calling (718) 500-3772
